A message from Christine:

β€œMy practice focuses on helping adults identify their unique challenges and navigate the choices that are available to them. I am a firm believer in changing the things we can change, and fostering acceptance of the things we can’t. One of my strengths is thinking outside the box, which allows me to help clients develop unique strategies to overcome their specific challenges.

I am eclectic and tailor my therapy to clients needs or requests. I offer many types of therapy such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Schema Therapy and Emotional Freedom techniques.

I believe in taking a holistic approach and can address any concerns arising from physical, psychological, emotional, sexual and spiritual issues. I feel ideally placed to work with neurodivergent individuals, given my lived experience. My clients often say one of the reasons that I have helped them so much is because they can tell that I genuinely care.”
