Eleanor Snoswell | Registered Psychologist

Eleanor is a registered psychologist with a unique skill set bridging clinical mental health and performance psychology. She works collaboratively with clients of all ages, combining evidence-based interventions with a holistic, person-centred approach to support both wellbeing and personal thriving. Drawing from her specialised training in performance enhancement, Eleanor brings a distinctive perspective to therapy that focuses not just on overcoming challenges, but on building pathways to meaningful growth and fulfilment. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, elite athletes, and individuals with neurodevelopmental differences within private, community, organisational, and sports settings. Her practice is neuro-affirming and grounded in creating authentic connection and understanding.

A message from Eleanor:

β€œI believe therapy should be just as much about nurturing your potential as it is about navigating life’s challenges. In our work together, you will find a space where it is safe to feel, reflect, and engage in self-exploration without fear of judgement. Whether you are going through a difficult time, feeling stuck, or pursuing personal growth, I will meet you where you are with an approach that respects your individual needs and goals for therapy. Together we will explore a way forward that reflects what matters to you most and supports the life that you want to lead.”
