A message from Iris:
“I believe that no one is immune to mental health difficulties and we all deserve help. You have so many internal resources within you as you have survived 100% of your hard days. We all need extra help at times, psychotherapy is for everyone. I hope that I can be a guide in your journey to discover and use different tools to handle life's challenges.”
